This house is being completely remodeled, and is very convenient to the commuter train into Stockholm. The owners bought it to live in, but then found out they are being sent as expats to China for a couple of years so they are just going to rent it until their return.

It is a beautiful house with 4 bedrooms and is about 1600 sq. meters. It has 3 floors including the basement with a bath on each floor. Two of the bedrooms are small, but would work well as a bedroom and playroom for Olivia. There is a sauna in the basement also which seems to be standard in many houses.

There is an apple tree, grape vines, blackberries, hawthornes (not sure what that is, but they say it is American), and chestnut trees.
